BokaBord operates under the WaiterAid brands, a digital boarding tool for restaurants and BokaBord, which is an online booking service for the restaurant guests.

Below are the terms of use for you as a user. When you book a table, use either WaiterAid on the restaurant's own website or find a free table via BokaBord on the Internet.

If you book a table through WaiterAid or BokaBord, you agree to the following terms and conditions and accept these terms without exception.

When you book a table there is a deal between you and the restaurant. You are responsible for the booking that has been made and in addition to the conditions stated here, the restaurant may have its own terms and conditions attached to the booking.

You are responsible for the information provided at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation sent to you either by email or text.

The restaurant determines the cancellation rules. If there is a link in the email confirmation, it can be used for cancellation or you will contact the restaurant to complete the cancellation on your own.

For certain bookings, credit cards are required to confirm the booking. The restaurant is then entitled to charge the specified credit card with the amount stated when confirming the reservation. It clearly states how long before the session takes place, which you must cancel to avoid cancellation fees. BokaBord uses Stripe for all credit card management. The credit cards are stored safely in their environment. If you think you have been incorrectly charged, contact BokaBord regarding the incorrect billing. BokaBord will then check if the restaurant has wrongly charged your card, if canceled, within the timeframe stated at the time of booking.

Some restaurants apply prepayment for portions or entire restaurant notes. You are then asked to pay this amount by credit card. After payment has been made, you will receive a receipt that you can be advised to show up when you arrive at the restaurant. If you feel you have been wrongly billed, please contact BokaBord regarding the incorrect billing. BokaBord can then refund the amount if the charge was incorrect. If the amount has been paid back, the reservation is no longer valid.

To book a table, you must enter your first name, last name, email and phone number. These information will be used to send confirmation and when the restaurant otherwise wishes to contact you regarding the booking. The e-mail and mobile number you provide when booking will be used by the restaurant to contact you if required.

You agree to receive tips, information, promotions and offers by email. You can also get SMS to your mobile phone. You will always be offered the opportunity to indicate that you do not want such information in the future.
